• IAQ assessments and evaluations – By using proven methodologies and state-of-the-art equipment, IAQ Diagnostic has provided IAQ solutions for clients throughout the Midwest.  Common IAQ problems (and services) include:
  • Mold consulting and testing
  • Particulate monitoring (during construction/renovations)
  • Asbestos/Lead testing

• Microbial Remediation Project Design – By using industry standards, IAQ Diagnostics will design a specific scope-of-work (i.e. ‘Remediation Protocol’) to properly remediate your microbial (mold, bacteria, etc.) contamination.
• Infrared Inspections – Our thermal imaging division, Infrared Diagnostics, has performed thermal imaging services for general contractors, insurance companies, property owners, and hospitals.  Our services include:
  • Visually documenting water damaged building materials
  • Evaluation of building performance (air leakage, etc.)
  • Inspecting electrical and mechanical systems
  • Locating areas of moisture intrusion

• Training and Consultation - We assist our clients by minimizing potential hazards through the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk management programs.
